Beth Peach Robinson - President

Beth Peach - Robinson is a BMus student from Wolverhampton. Her Principal study is voice. After Uni she hopes to go to London to pursue a career in opera or musical theatre. As President, she has to oversee the whole commitee ensuring proceedings run smoothly, arrange meetings, and generally make sure the music society is a successful, active society.

Jo Brook - Secretary

Jo Brook is a BMus student from Wiltshire. Her principal study is piano. Her role as Secretary, within the committee, is to deal with staff correspondence and take minutes at committee meetings, in addition to general organisation.

Geoff Kingston - Treasurer

Geoff Kingston is a BMus student from Gloucester(shire). His principle study is Trombone. He is yet undecided on what to do after uni. His role within the committee is to manage the receiving and distributing of funds and generally to make sure people don't spend too much money!

Sarah Crisp - Public Relations

Sarah Crisp is a BMus student from Cheltenham in Gloucestershire. Her principal study is flute and she would like to pursue teaching after completing her degree. Her role within the committee is to promote music society events and to manage the musicians' database to provide performance opportunities for Cardiff students.

David Rhodes - ICT Co-Ordinator

David Rhodes is a BMus student from Coventry in the West Midlands. He plays the piano, violin and sings Tenor. After university, he would like to go into composition or teaching. His role in the society is manage the website, email accounts and Facebook groups, and to assist the secretary in any ICT related publications.

Gwenno Roberts - Social Secretary

Gwenno Roberts is a BMus student from Abergwyngregyn and she plays the violin. After completing her degree, she hopes to stay in Cardiff to concentrate on performance. Along with Rachel, she is responsible for arranging all social events such as weekly socials, pub crawls, after-concert parties and the annual ball (and to basically ensure everyone has a good time!).

Rachel Eyres - Social Secretary

Rach is a BMus student from the sunny south coast of England (aka Bognor Regis!). She is a first study Soprano vocalist who also plays the sax. She doesn't yet know what she wants to do after uni, but she wants to stay in Cardiff for as long as she can! 
Her role, along with Gwenno, is to keep the party animals inside of you alive and to organise social events. Together we guarantee an entertaining year not to be forgotten!

Bethan Wynne Philips - Lunchtime Concert Co-Ordinator

Bethan Wynne Phillips is a student from Swansea studying BMus at Cardiff. Her principal instrument is piano and she also sings. She hopes to teach music at comprehensive level when she completes her degree. Bethan's role along with Bex's in the music society is to arrange and co-ordinate the weekly lunchtime concerts held in the University Concert Hall at the School of Music.

Rebecca Feeney - Lunchtime Concert Co-Ordinator

Rebecca Feeney (Bex) is a Cardiff BMus student from Preston in Lancashire. She is a first study soprano and would like to either take it to a professional level or become a secondary school teacher. She and Bethan arrange and co-ordinate the open lunchtime concerts, as well as liasing with outside professional musicians looking to perform at the department.

Walter Stewart Brown - Choir and Orcestra Rep

Walter Stewart-Brown is a BMus student from Oxfordshire. His principal study is trombone. His role within the music society is to organise assistance for the conductors of both the Choral Society and University Symphony Orchestra. He also keeps choir and orchestra members updated with forthcoming events.
